To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:The service provided does not align with the agreed-upon terms or expectations as outlined in the service agreement.The service was not delivered within the specified timeline.You have contacted us with your concerns within 7 days of service completion.

 

Refund Request Process

Please contact us within 7 days after the service has been rendered. Include the following details in your request:Your service order numberA detailed explanation of the issue or concernAny supporting documentation or communication relevant to the service

 

Refund Approval

Once we receive your refund request,we will review your case. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will notify you of our decision. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Services

 

Certain services may not be eligible for a refund, including:Services that have already been completed as per the agreed terms.Any services marked as non-refundable in the agreement.

 

 

Partial Refunds

In some cases, where the service is partially incomplete or not fully to your satisfaction, a partial refund may be offered based on the degree of completion or the issues reported.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel the service before it starts, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

 

Service Rescheduling

In cases where you request a reschedule, we will accommodate you based on availability. Refunds are not applicable for rescheduled services unless they do not meet the initial agreement.

 

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
